Ghanshyam Lukhi: is the Founder of Tapi Food Products, India’s first food processing company powered by a Solar Steam Generating System. Established in 1999, the company is a leading manufacturer of Papaya Tutti Frutti and a wide range of fruit-based products, including jams, syrups, squashes, jelly bars, and karonda cherries. Under his visionary leadership, Tapi Food Products has successfully combined innovation, sustainability, and eco-friendly manufacturing to become a trusted name in the Indian food industry.

Baben Village: near Bardoli in Gujarat, is a model of sustainable rural development led by visionary leaders Bhavesh Patel and Falguni Patel. Through innovative community funding, the village has developed world-class infrastructure, including wide roads, street lighting, water supply, sanitation, and public amenities. Today, Baben stands as one of Gujarat’s finest villages, demonstrating how strong local leadership and community participation can transform rural India.

Suruchi Shikshan Vasahat Trust (SSVT): founded in 1959 under the inspiration of Vinoba Bhave, promotes sustainable rural development through renewable energy, organic farming, and appropriate agricultural technologies. Led by Ram Kumar Singh, an engineer from NIT Nagpur, SSVT has developed innovative, farmer-friendly tools that reduce drudgery—especially for women—while improving agricultural productivity and rural livelihoods.

In remote villages in southern and eastern Gujarat, poor families struggle against limited access to health care and schools. Complex political and economic forces threaten residents’ rights to their land. ARCH (Action Research in Community Health and Development ) is dedicated in improving the lives of the tribal population through grassroots action and community-level research in health, education and development.

Sarvodaya Parivar Trust: established in 1968, is a Gandhian organization dedicated to the holistic development of tribal communities in the Dharampur–Kaprada region of South Gujarat. Inspired by the ideals of Mahatma Gandhi, Vinoba Bhave, Ravishankar Maharaj, and Jugatram Dave, the trust works in education, healthcare, livelihood, agriculture, and rural development, empowering marginalized communities through self-reliance and sustainable development.

Together, our role models, grassroots organizations, local communities, volunteers, and partners create a vibrant ecosystem of learning and inspiration. Through experiential journeys, meaningful conversations, and community engagement, Prerna Yatra fosters leadership, social innovation, environmental stewardship, and sustainable livelihoods. United by a shared purpose, we are building a nationwide movement that connects people with nature, culture, spirituality, and the changemakers shaping a happier and more compassionate India.
