Nitin Tailor is a social entrepreneur, TEDx speaker, and Founder & CEO of Serve Happiness Foundation. An M.Tech graduate from IIIT Bangalore (Entrepreneur of the Year) and a Swedish Government Linnaeus-Palme Scholar, Nitin left a corporate IT career in Bangalore to dedicate his life to nation-building from his hometown of Bharuch.
He pioneered the Prerna Yatra Movement—an experiential journey connecting youth with grassroots changemakers, heritage, and rural entrepreneurship across India. Honored with the Rex Karmaveer Chakra, Gujarat Changemaker Award, and invited as a founding member of the World Happiness Consortium at the UN Headquarters, Nitin works at the intersection of youth leadership, rural development, tech-driven social innovation, and environmental conservation.
